I am a CCO and Executive Board Member with over 25 years of experience leading global sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. My career spans B2B and B2C across technology, retail, and media, with a proven record of scaling businesses to successful exits and delivering investor returns.
I have had the privilege of collaborating with some of the world’s most iconic brands - from The New York Times and Disney to Apple, Amazon, and Man City FC - driving commercial growth, building high-performing teams, and creating market-leading propositions.

Having lived and worked across the U.K., Europe, the U.S., and Asia, I bring a truly international perspective. My leadership style has been shaped not only by business but by life - motherhood taught me to lead with empathy, juggle priorities with confidence, and embrace adaptability in every challenge.
Personal Impact
Beyond the boardroom, I serve as Chair and NED for the Seru Rabeni charity, founded in memory of the late Fijian international rugby player Seru Rabeni. Best known for his appearances in two Rugby World Cups and his career with Leicester Tigers, Seru was passionate about giving back to his home village in Fiji. He believed education was the key to transforming lives.
One of the most meaningful initiatives I’ve supported has been the construction of a kindergarten in his village - a project that carries forward Seru’s vision and continues to inspire my own work at the intersection of leadership, purpose, and impact.

*The late Seru Rabeni was a former Fiji international, best known for his appearances in two Rugby World Cups, playing for the Barbarians, Top 14 in France, and Leicester Tigers in the English Premiership. Whilst Rugby changed his life, he felt the only way to improve the lives and future of his remote home village was through education.
